HALOGEN FLIPLIGHTS
Take a look at our patent-pending one of a king "Flip Light" exterior halogen lighting system. The door rises with the flip of a switch! Just as an eye is protected by its lid; so too is the heart of our system; a high output 500 watt halogen bulb. The halogens are protected during travel and there is no interruption in your paint or graphics on the exterior of your trailer. Because our lights aren't recessed, our "Flip Light" system provides 40% more light than any other light like it in the industry. Everything is CNC manufactured with a .125, 5052H32 alloy body. All exterior rivets and bolts are counter sunk no need for over sizing cutouts. Our all electric model is just that, all electric. Turn the power switch on, the lid opens and the light turns on. Turn the switch off, the light turns off and the lid closes. The light will not turn on unless the lid is fully open due to the safety feature. Each light includes a durable powder coated trim ring with recessed stainless steel allen head attachment bolts. We also offer a sealed stainless cover for exterior liftgate door mounting.
